Practice Run Drills to Improve your running stride

Club members have specific run drills recommended to them so they can practice on improving their running form.

The benefit to our members is the drills help them run more efficiently which helps increase their endurance, pace and can lead to running more.

Runners from around the country participate in our Online Run Training Website to become better runners. Healthy strong runners run more and run with less pain which leads to enjoying running more and inspiring more people to run.

Custom Race Training Plans

Our RRCA Certified Coaches design training for any distance and our plans are focused on getting you to the start and finish line healthy and within your finish goal. You begin by filling out an online questionnaire and a phone call with our coach. Once we have everything we design a plan for you to train at an efficient level and avoid the pitfalls that come with following a generic program. You’ll become a better runner.

One on One coaching

One on One coaching with a RRCA Certified Coach is available at an extra fee for members who need additional interaction beyond a training plan and weekly workouts. Working One on One with a coach provides individualized instructions, support, accountability and overseeing all aspects of your run training, nutrition and strength training plan. One on One coaching will provide the mentor you need to get you through the highs & lows of training.

Monthly Conference calls with Subject Matter Experts

Each month we arrange a conference call with experts in nutrition, strength training, yoga etc., to answer your questions. The calls are recorded so you can refer to them any time you desire.

Exclusive Access to Webinar Content

We hold great webinars on topics that help runners become better. Non members get the slides from the webinars however, members get the slides and access to the full recordings of the webinars.

Members who may have missed a webinar in part or in full can view the webinar at their convenience. Additionally, members do not have to sign up for webinars as they will always have access to the webinar content.

Member of another running club? We are a non competitive club that is open to anyone regardless of athletic ability. We are an insured affiliate member of Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). Through RRCA, we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.


Standard Membership

Our standard membership contains the benefits listed above. You do not get a racing singlet or Dri Fit tee shirt with this membership level.

While we would like for you to wear our racing gear, we understand that should not be the main reason you join a running/walking club.
You can order club merchandise at the member discount price.

1st year annual membership dues are $20.00 and run for twelve months from the date of joining. Renewal dues are $20.00 per year and start on the anniversary of your join date.

Premium Membership

Our premium membership includes all of the above benefits and your choice of a racing singlet or short sleeve Dri Fit tee shirt.

You can order additional club merchandise at the member discount price.
