Workouts are open to all club members regardless of running experience and current pace.
New runners are encouraged to join us and experience our training. To continue training with us you have to become a member. More details on our membership is available at this link.
We’ll be practicing Intervals, strides and proper running form. Our goal is to push your aerobic threshold to aid you with running faster.
