You are invited to join us regardless of your running/walking experience. Our Group runs are about supporting a healthy lifestyle and everyone is encouraged to run/walk at a comfortable pace.
The Run/Walk Training Workouts are to assist runners/walkers with developing proper form, strength and endurance to become better runners/walkers. The workouts will be conducted by Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) certified running coach Lydia Shell of Titanium Training.
